Royal Estates is a quiet community located off of Robert Edge Boulevard in Little River. It is three miles from Ocean Drive Beach and has quick access to Highway 31, Highway 9, Highway 90, as well as Highway 17 Business.

Royal Estates is a luxury community with brick houses, palm trees, two-car garages, and well-kept landscaping. The homes were built from 1998-2005 and include single and two-story layouts. Boasting two, three, and four bedrooms, square footage runs from approximately 1,300 to 2,200. Owners are proud of their homes, and many have upgrades such as marble showers, garden tubs, granite counters, and more.

Home prices range from approximately $170K to $300K. Royal Estates is outside of city limits (although North Myrtle Beach is one mile away), so taxes are low. HOA fees are also low.
