Client Reviews

Alyssa Holmes is the best realtor. She was excellent in helping decide a good selling price for the property. She negotiated very well and was able to get a signed contract in less than a month. She always reached out to me in a very timely manner. There is really not any words for the professionalism she displayed throughout the entire process. If I ever have any real estate transactions I would definitely look to use Alyssa again.

We were consistently amazed by Alyssa's professionalism, honesty, dedication and ability to connect and communicate with us, as well as the buyers. There wasn't one aspect of the entire process that Alyssa did not make a priority ! Her desire to help , to sell and to make sure every detail was taken care of , puts her above any other agent we have used! She is without a doubt a very knowledgeable , kind , patient , woman who takes pride in all she does. We can't thank her enough !

Alyssa was amazing to work with. Selling the property was an emotional task for me and was an out of state process. Alyssa was always available to answer my many questions and assist in every regard. She priced and marketed the property appropriately and we were under contact in less than theee weeks. Closing the property remotely was a breeze. I could not be happier with Alyssa's professionalism and service! Thank you Alyssa!

Alyssa Holmes was dedicated to making the sale happen. She communicated regularly, updating me with the progress. She also was my go-between with a local law office. Things worked out well and Alyssa did a great job.

The day I contacted Alyssa she was available to meet with me immediately at my convenience. I wanted to sell a house and land I had inherited. When we met at the property I knew then I had made the right decision by contacting her. She was straightforward with me about the property which I wanted her to be. She was always available for answering questions. Any time there was a showing scheduled I was always advised. She was dependable, honest and very knowledgeable in her job. I have a new friend in real estate and I would use her again and highly recommend her. Good job Alyssa!
