I used Alyssa when selling my house on James street in Whiteville, NC. It took about a year because the house was in poor condition. Alyssa was very helpful and understanding. I would consult with my oldest son before I made any decisions. I hadn't planned to move anymore after I bought the house on Tram road. My family live in WV. I decided to move back to WV and stay with my dad for a while. We thought that we had the house sold only after a few weeks, but the man backed out. Alyssa put it back on the market and it took about 4 weeks or so to have it sold for real this time. We had a few bumps in the road that wasn't Alyssa's fault. We had to pay 10,00 for crawspace repair. The buyers were not cooperative. The lawyers office had to threaten to put it back on the market because they wouldn't send the money. But Alyssa was there for us the whole time. My son was included in the text messages except for the confidential ones.

Alyssa was knowledgeable about the area, professional, and willing to take us to look at all of the homes we wanted to see without complaint. She gave her opinions when asked in a manner that was helpful. Alyssa also noted small details that we sometimes did not notice ourselves when looking at properties.

I am so so grateful for Alyssa it’s hard to put into words. This was my first home purchase. She found things on blue tape day that the builder and inspector missed. She helped me find the right inspector that I have referred to many people for work because I was so pleased. She dealt with my goofy family members and their funny questions wonderfully and somehow made them laugh when they started off being difficult.
