Alyssa was recommended by a friend and I was told if you use anyone else you will regret it. So we took their advice and it was the best decision we made. Alyssa had every answer we needed. When we needed to pass on a property she was honest. When we needed to jump on one she told us. It was one of the easiest realestate transactions we've made. And in the end she is a wonderful person. Can't wait to purchase the next one with our favorite realtor

Excellent experience from start to finish! Alyssa was professional, responsive, and made selling our home easy. We truly appreciate all her hard work.

Alyssa was open and up front from the beginning and we were surprised when the condo sold so soon. She was so easy to work with and she was always prompt to speak with me when I needed her. Having Alyssa as our real estate agent was one of the best thing we ever did. She is very knowledgeable and always available for you whenever you needed her. She goes above and beyond any realtor that we ever dealt with and we had a few. She also guides you through the process from beginning to end. Alyssa was a referral to us and after our first conversation, knew we were choosing Alyssa to support us on this journey to purchase our home! We viewed many homes across different neighborhoods until we found our present home and location. Most impressive is that Alyssa is proactive and ask questions of the on site agents that we may not think of. Alyssa is alwsys very involved and definitely looks out for our interests! We couldn't have chosen a better agent to represent us! We will definitely recommend Alyssa to our friends and family.

Alyssa Holmes was an absolute pleasure to work with. She apparently works all hours of the day because I could get a response right away from her day or night. I have already spread the word to my old neighbors as a lot of people are looking to purchase homes. Thanks for the great experience and all of your expertise!

Alyssa Holmes did a great job marketing and selling our property within just a few weeks time. We appreciate her consistent availability to respond to questions and her efficiency throughout the process. Thank you Alyssa!

From our first phone conversation with Alyssa before we met in S.C. she was right on top of everything and it made our search for our forever home so much better. We had looked on our own and felt so overwhelmed, we almost stayed in N.J. Alyssa was the Angel of hope we needed. We felt so comfortable with her. She is very warm and friendly. It was almost like shopping with a friend. A very helpful and knowledgeable friend. We have family looking to move down very soon and they will definitely be contacting Alyssa. The Cypress Ridge development is great. I'm sure we'll see many people driving around looking overwhelmed like we were. We will be sure to tell them we know a great realtor and they should contact Alyssa ASAP and let her be your Angel too.

Alyssa is a total pro! She makes you feel like her only client and works tirelessly to ensure a smooth experience. Her efficiency is unmatched—she anticipates problems before they happen and handles the details instantly making the entire process easy. Highly recommend!

Alyssa was outstanding. Very communicative, always kept us up to date on status, even as we were remotely located. Helped us with changes to offer, picked up slack to keep timetable (assumed steps promised by buyers' agent), and assisted with finalization of sale. Very happy with her service!

Alyssa Holmes went above and beyond helping me with selling the home. When I got the listing it went above my expectations. Sold property very quick and easy.
