Alyssa came recommended to me by a friend. I have been looking for a property for 8 years in the area and have dealt with several realtors over the years with disappointment. Alyssa was amazing. She answered every call immediately and had my offer submitted within hours not days like other realtors. She was negotiating my deal with me at 9:30 at night. That says a lot rather than waiting till the next day and loosing a property. I was out of state and she helped me with the walk though. She was able to recommend me people for certain things. She also helped me negotiate the price down more than I thought we could saving me more money. She on point and on her game. She will be my realtor for here on out.
