I am no writer. Alyssa was wonderful to work with. My wife and I were blessed we found her.

Alyssa worked really hard finding us a home when we lived out of state, and could only visit for a few days at a time. When iot came time to relocate,there was only one choice. We needed someone with a lot of experience and sound business acumen. She had no problems telling us when to make difficult decisions and explaining what factors would determine a quick sale allowing us to make a fair sale. We listed shortly after Covid 19 began. The first buyer who was previously Pre-Approved, no longer met the minimum credit scores when the banks upped them. She quickly re-listed and discovered 'one weird trick' that was quite ingenious, and kept our house popping up at the top of sites like Zillow, Realtor.com etc. Once again, it was under contract with a 'well qualified buyer.' As we were a 5 hour round trip away from our house, her husband and her kept an eye on our property and went beyond the extra mile, to make sure it looked great, was clean, and presentable. Now that the house is sold, we'll miss her and her husband, who feel more like family, then an agent. If you need an agent who will work hard and stay in contact with you, you want Alyssa Holmes. We hope to move back to the area when we retire. We WILL be calling Mrs. Holmes when the time comes. Alyssa is like a trusted family member that you can reply on to handle every aspect of the job required from her.

Alyssa Holmes was awesome. We bought a house in SC while staying in NJ due to the recent covid pandemic. Alyssa walked us through the purchase process answering any questions we had in a timely manner. Alyssa took the time to make a virtual tour of the house to go along with the house photos since we were unable to make the trip down to SC. I would and will recommend Alyssa to family and friends.

I could call her later that day after we went our separate ways and she would always answer or return my call in a timely manner. Alyssa, is very professional friendly young lady who knows her job. Very prompt in responding to questions and concerns. Our closing took 6 months due to a deed glitch but Alyssa stayed in touch on a regular basis.
