We had issues with the buyer but alyssa handled them fast and very professional She is a very hard working and caring individual.she handled all issues promply.we felt very comfortable during the entire process We are very satisfied with alyssa and we used her to purchase our new home. Alyssa was very helpful filling in for us when we couldn’t be there, for inspection, etc, we were able to travel out of town because Alyssa stood in for us. She was also very patient with my husband when he could not understand why some things happened and needed to be dealt with. We did recommend Alyssa and Century 21 to our neighbors,

Alyssa did a great job for me by selling my vacation home. We never met face to face but feel like I’ve known her for years. She went above and beyond in meeting inspectors and clients at the property. She communicated every step of the way and was always available. I would highly recommend Alyssa to friends and family who are looking to buy and/or sell a property in her area. I was extremely satisfied.

Alyssa was enthusiastic and presented herself and agency well. She had a good marketing presentation. Alyssa was great to work with. She went above expectations and assisted us with a problem we experienced with some equipment. I do not know of any way Alyssa could have done a better job. The property sold for full cash in just 2or 3 day’s. The sale of our second home was very smooth and we did not experience any difficulties.

After 6 months being frustrated with a different "seasoned" agent, Alyssa Holmes was a breath of fresh air. She was very honest with us about the sales price and existing competition in our area. She was always seeking feedback from showings and other agents. I never waited more than 5 minutes for a return call. She knows the area, the people and the market. Alyssa was excellent, I was fortunate that she was available that first day and I got to deal with the best person for me. She was on top of sending me listings, meeting me to show them and always answered any questions I had in a timely manner. She stayed on top of the other party requesting them to answer questions and assuring that they did so in a timely manner. She came to the closing and actually realized that one of the amendments had not been included which saved me $300+. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone and if I ever buy or sell in Myrtle Beach area I will definitely contact her.

Alyssa has a great personality and is extremely honest! I worked with her before selling this home and always thought she was a very bubbly person. She has lived in the area all of her life and knows the area very well. If she doesn't know something her Dad does!! lol Alyssa had numerous open houses and put my home on all the websites to be viewed by everyone. If you want someone that will do their best to sell your home sign with Alyssa! Everyone that I know from Century 21 Thomas is very friendly and personable, always ready and eager to help.

A friend of mine, who is a realtor elsewhere in SC, researched stats on the internet, and Alyssa came out on top because of her sales production and her dedication. Alyssa facilitated closing by overnight mail. She even assisted me by "rescuing" the Spectrum cable box to prevent Spectrum from charging never-ending penalties for failure to return equipment! Alyssa is very efficient and stays "riveted" on the objective of a successful sale. She tells it like it is --no sugar coating. She's clearly part of the "A Team."

Alyssa was friendly, and accommodating. She was there every step of the way. She held my hand and gave us all the assurances and guidance we needed. She was awesome, even when we called after the end of her workday, even on weekends! She's my new best friend!

Alyssa had some challenges to help us as we were shopping from West VA. She sent us many houses to look at, and listened to our comments to tune her recommendations over time. On our last day in S.C., she called us and said 'I found exactly what you are looking for!' We met her, and decided to make an offer. She exactly understood what we were looking for. After signing a contract and returning to West VA, she called us to tell us that the seller had a change of heart and didn't want to sell. We agreed to allow that. Alyssa kept working with us via email, and we found what we thought would be the perfect house. She did a Video Walk through live for us, and made an offer and bought the house site unseen. When we finally got to see it in person we were both delighted with our new house. Alyssa is a hard working agent,and has a very positive attitude.
