Alyssa Holmes was awesome!! I am a realtor in NJ. I searched online listings to see who did a lot of business is the area of our properties. Then I contacted 3 agents. Alyssa Holmes responded immediately. The other two took a week to respond to my emails. After speaking with Alyssa and recognizing her professionalism, her energy, and market knowledge I hired her on the spot! I did not need to speak to anyone else. Her pricing was spot on and we had received an offer quickly for both properties. Alyssa was very communicative and kept us informed during the process. My husband and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. She is exactly what you would want in a realtor.

Alyssa was very helpful filling in for us when we couldn’t be there, for inspection, etc, we were able to travel out of town because Alyssa stood in for us. Alyssa did a great job for me by selling my vacation home. We never met face to face but feel like I’ve known her for years. She went above and beyond in meeting inspectors and clients at the property. She communicated every step of the way and was always available. Alyssa was enthusiastic and presented herself and agency well. She had a good marketing presentation. Alyssa was great to work with. She went above expectations and assisted us with a problem we experienced with some equipment. I do not know of any way Alyssa could have done a better job. The property sold for full cash in just 2or 3 day’s. The sale of our second home was very smooth and we did not experience any difficulties.

I could call her later that day after we went our separate ways and she would always answer or return my call in a timely manner. Alyssa, is very professional friendly young lady who knows her job. Alyssa was excellent, I was fortunate that she was available that first day and I got to deal with the best person for me. She was on top of sending me listings, meeting me to show them and always answered any questions I had in a timely manner. She stayed on top of the other party requesting them to answer questions and assuring that they did so in a timely manner. She came to the closing and actually realized that one of the amendments had not been included which saved me $300+. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone and if I ever buy or sell in Myrtle Beach area I will definitely contact her.

Alyssa has a great personality and is extremely honest! I worked with her before selling this home and always thought she was a very bubbly person. She has lived in the area all of her life and knows the area very well. If she doesn't know something her Dad does!! lol Alyssa had numerous open houses and put my home on all the websites to be viewed by everyone. If you want someone that will do their best to sell your home sign with Alyssa! Everyone that I know from Century 21 Thomas is very friendly and personable, always ready and eager to help.

After trying to get an attorney to handle the sale of my late parents' vacation home without success, Alyssa was able to get through to a firm who previously declined to represent me and secure their services for me through her personal connection with one of the firm's paralegals. She then went above and beyond my expectations when we got flooded with offers. She was persistent without being pushy. Even when we ran into obstacles, she maintained a positive and professional outlook.
