Alyssa Holmes made every step of selling my condo easy. She was very attentive and kept me informed throughout the whole process. She always fought for my best interests during the transaction and made sure I received what was promised. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for real estate in South Carolina.

After 6 months being frustrated with a different "seasoned" agent, Alyssa Holmes was a breath of fresh air. She was very honest with us about the sales price and existing competition in our area. Allysa kept us informed of all activity during the sale of our unit. I would use Allysa and Century 21 Thomas again. I really was pleased with Allysa. She was extremely mannerable to me.

Alyssa was excellent, I was fortunate that she was available that first day and I got to deal with the best person for me. She was on top of sending me listings, meeting me to show them and always answered any questions I had in a timely manner. She stayed on top of the other party requesting them to answer questions and assuring that they did so in a timely manner. She came to the closing and actually realized that one of the amendments had not been included which saved me $300+. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone and if I ever buy or sell in Myrtle Beach area I will definitely contact her.

Alyssa has a great personality and is extremely honest! I worked with her before selling this home and always thought she was a very bubbly person. She has lived in the area all of her life and knows the area very well. If she doesn't know something her Dad does!! lol Alyssa had numerous open houses and put my home on all the websites to be viewed by everyone. If you want someone that will do their best to sell your home sign with Alyssa! Everyone that I know from Century 21 Thomas is very friendly and personable, always ready and eager to help.

After trying to get an attorney to handle the sale of my late parents' vacation home without success, Alyssa was able to get through to a firm who previously declined to represent me and secure their services for me through her personal connection with one of the firm's paralegals. She then went above and beyond my expectations when we got flooded with offers. She was persistent without being pushy. Even when we ran into obstacles, she maintained a positive and professional outlook.

Alyssa Holmes was great to work with. She Sold both of my Condo's in North Myrtle Beach within a few months. I live in Colorado and needed someone I could trust. It was effortless to work with her and she kept me updated at every step of the way. Highly recommend!!
