I am 100% satisfied with real estate agent Alyssa Holmes. She is as tenacious as she is professional. She works HARD (likely 16 hour days) & even provided a cell phone # that she accepts calls, email & text messages with at all hours, day or night, including holidays & weekends. She gave us sound advice & helped us solve many problems that ultimately led to the best purchase experience for my family & I. Most impressively, her character & integrity was proven out in the after-sales experience where she continues to this day to assist us loose ends here & there WITHOUT either complaint or hesitation. Alyssa walked us through the purchase process answering any questions we had in a timely manner. Alyssa worked really hard finding us a home when we lived out of state, and could only visit for a few days at a time. When iot came time to relocate,there was only one choice. We needed someone with a lot of experience and sound business acumen. She had no problems telling us when to make difficult decisions and explaining what factors would determine a quick sale allowing us to make a fair sale. We listed shortly after Covid 19 began. The first buyer who was previously Pre-Approved, no longer met the minimum credit scores when the banks upped them. She quickly re-listed and discovered 'one weird trick' that was quite ingenious, and kept our house popping up at the top of sites like Zillow, Realtor.com etc. Once again, it was under contract with a 'well qualified buyer.' As we were a 5 hour round trip away from our house, her husband and her kept an eye on our property and went beyond the extra mile, to make sure it looked great, was clean, and presentable. Now that the house is sold, we'll miss her and her husband, who feel more like family, then an agent. If you need an agent who will work hard and stay in contact with you, you want Alyssa Holmes. We hope to move back to the area when we retire. We WILL be calling Mrs. Holmes when the time comes. Alyssa is like a trusted family member that you can reply on to handle every aspect of the job required from her.
