We first met her about a year ago to show us a property, that one did not work out but Alyssa would keep in touch with us about other properties that she thought we would be interested in until we found the right one for us. This is the second home we have purchased with Alyssa as our agent. We would not even consider anyone else. Alyssa kept us informed about every aspect of our purchase. We always knew what to expect and when to expect it. It is uncanny how she anticipates everyone of our concerns and keeps us in the loop. Alyssa is perfect in every way.. Not much I can say that hasn't already been said. Alyssa is outstanding and I would not purchase or sell a home without her being involved. Century 21 Thomas is VERY fortunate to have her on their team.

She only met us for 3 hours but it seems we've known her a long time. She works far beyond any agents we've known before. Alyssa is definitely an agent you want working for you. She accomplished a very difficult negotiation in extremely short time. (Sold in about 3 hours!) We will be recommending it to our friends when they decide to sell and especially Alyssa.

Allysa kept us informed of all activity during the sale of our unit. I would use Allysa and Century 21 Thomas again. I really was pleased with Allysa. She was extremely mannerable to me.

Alyssa was excellent, I was fortunate that she was available that first day and I got to deal with the best person for me. She was on top of sending me listings, meeting me to show them and always answered any questions I had in a timely manner. She stayed on top of the other party requesting them to answer questions and assuring that they did so in a timely manner. She came to the closing and actually realized that one of the amendments had not been included which saved me $300+. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone and if I ever buy or sell in Myrtle Beach area I will definitely contact her.

Very prompt in responding to questions and concerns. Our closing took 6 months due to a deed glitch but Alyssa stayed in touch on a regular basis.

Alyssa had some challenges to help us as we were shopping from West VA. She sent us many houses to look at, and listened to our comments to tune her recommendations over time. On our last day in S.C., she called us and said 'I found exactly what you are looking for!' We met her, and decided to make an offer. She exactly understood what we were looking for. After signing a contract and returning to West VA, she called us to tell us that the seller had a change of heart and didn't want to sell. We agreed to allow that. Alyssa kept working with us via email, and we found what we thought would be the perfect house. She did a Video Walk through live for us, and made an offer and bought the house site unseen. When we finally got to see it in person we were both delighted with our new house. Alyssa is a hard working agent,and has a very positive attitude.

She works HARD (likely 16 hour days) & even provided a cell phone # that she accepts calls, email & text messages with at all hours, day or night, including holidays & weekends. She gave us sound advice & helped us solve many problems that ultimately led to the best purchase experience for my family & I. Most impressively, her character & integrity was proven out in the after-sales experience where she continues to this day to assist us loose ends here & there WITHOUT either complaint or hesitation.
